VisaBorders ("we", "us") operates visaborders.com — a service that tracks visa, residency and entry rules across countries and notifies you when they change.

• Account: your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account email if you sign in with Google).
• Tracked countries: the countries and visa programs you follow, plus any trips you enter in the day counter (stored in your browser).
• Notification settings: your channel preferences and, if you connect it, your Telegram chat ID.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not sell your data.

• Polar — subscription billing (Merchant of Record). Payment details are handled by Polar, never stored by us.
• Resend — sending alert and account emails.
• Telegram — optional alert delivery if you connect it.
• Google — optional sign-in (we receive your email and name).
• Official government sources & open visa datasets — to read public visa, residency and entry-rule data for the countries you track.

Some outbound links (e.g. relocation, tax, insurance or banking services) are affiliate links. If you use them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects the rules or results you see.

You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your tracked countries, trips and notifications.
